Eye Lid Surgery
The surgery that is performed to the eye lids are called blepharoplasty. The eyes are the first thing that we see when we look at someone and they deine a persons look.The eye lids are the thinest anotomical area as they are all ways moving and they are affected by the outter factors they are affected y the first signs of aging. The sigs of aging affects the eye lids and around the eyes. Some times genetic but usally saging and wrinckles are caused by aging.
The saging on the top lid makes the lid fall over the eye lashes. It can make it very hard to apply make up and in some cases it can even affect your eye sight.
With the lower lid; saging, bags under the eye and affects on the tear glands will surface as a problem.
Eye lid surgery will correct these problems and give you a younger look.
With an eye lid surgery the natural eye lid lines are used to perform this surgery and with the lower lid the lash line is used so the s caring is hidden and can not be visible.
Eye lid surgery ca be erformed under general and local anesthetic and can take up -2 hours. If the surgery is performed under local anehetic then you do not need to sta in hospital. Genral pain killers are given for your pain.There can be brusing and sweling during the first few days. The stihes are removed after the first week andhe swelling and bruising will settle down during this time.
Eye lid surgery is commonly combined with other plastic surgeries.
As the top eye lid and ttom eye lid can be done together a lassic face lift can be addedand cmbined with these procedures.
